Equipped with high-precision motion system
Applying imported metal raster and high-speed encoder reader, wear-resistant and aging-resistant. Its accuracy reaches to 1um to support ultrahigh-resolution patterns. Linear motor is applied to drive carriage, speed up to 2m/s, swift, efficient, simply constructed, and low failure rate. High-precision and high-loading German Rexroth guide rail is applied to support more durable operation. Mounted with high-precision Harmonic reducer imported from Japan, accuracy up to 1 arcmin, meeting ultrahigh demands in image and stepping.
Hydraulic damping buffer system
It can resist the crash of the carriage at the speed of 2m/hr, greatly protecting the carriage’s precision in case of improper operation
Automatic ink prime system
Using solenoid valve to control ink purge, with single color purge function and auto ink system in power-off status, easy to operate, convenient and ink-saving
Water cooling platform. Adjustable suction
